"Review for Cathie - NHS Sonographer"

I’ve had the absolute pleasure of being looked after by Cathie throughout my pregnancy, and I can’t express enough how grateful I am for the experience she’s given me so far. From the very first scan, Cathie has shown incredible care and compassion. She takes the time to make you feel truly seen and heard, and her calm, reassuring manner has been a constant source of comfort during what can sometimes feel like an overwhelming time of my first pregnancy. 

Cathie goes above and beyond in every appointment. She doesn’t just carry out the scan – she makes it an educational, informative experience. I’ve come away from every session understanding more about my baby’s development, and that knowledge has given me a great sense of reassurance. Her attention to detail is second to none, and it’s clear she takes immense pride in her work.

Pregnancy can be filled with so many emotions, but having someone like Cathie alongside the journey has made all the difference. She embodies everything you hope for in a healthcare professional – kind, patient, knowledgeable, and deeply dedicated. I feel very lucky to have had her care during this special time and the NHS needs more Cathie's!
