"Nothing was too much trouble for either of them."

About: The Ulster Hospital / Respiratory Hub

(as the patient),

When my son and I arrived we were greeted by friendly receptionists who told us to wait in waiting room. Shortly after we were bought to see Lesley and Cherrie. Both really helpful and courteous. My son was permitted to stay with me which was comforting for me.

Lesley was very thorough and explained everything and in such a way that I understood what she meant. I took a fit of coughing and she quickly got me a little bottle to spit in to and a very welcome glass of water. Again, when Lesley took me to do the breathing exercises she explained how and why they were necessary and helpful. Really Lesley could not have been more thoughtful and helpful, courteous and patient as she was with me. She informed me that she would send sputum and blood tests off and would ring me with results when she got them. Cherrie was also a very patient and thoughtful and gentle lady who took the blood samples. Nothing was too much trouble for either of them.
