Chrissie and Lydmyla,

Visited on a Saturday for the first time and I found it much more relaxing and less stressful. The above named people were amazing and really helped to make me feel more at ease. Ellen is also very lovely and makes the experience more relaxed. 

Would just like to say a big thank you to you all.
