"Nothing could be done better!"

About: Oncology / Physical Activity Classes

(as the patient),

I attended City Hospital Cancer Centre, Belfast for a 12 week fitness course for recovering Cancer patients. The course was run by Mr Sirichas, funded by Friends of Cancer Centre. Our coach was simply quite excellent. He took us through a variety of exercises each week in a positive, friendly manner. He is an excellent coach, and as a former teacher for 40 years, I had to admire the skills he showed in dealing with a disparate group such that I told him he had all the qualities to be a teacher! We felt welcome, supported and encouraged at all times. We have a follow up exercise programme to continue his good work. Well done Joe!! :)

I am one very happy (and healthier) 74 year old survivor of both Prostate Cancer (2017-2021) and Pancreatic Cancer 2024 (whipple procedure operation). No negative problems, nothing could be done better! THANK YOU!!

Hi SRSyc53

Thank you so much for taking the time to voice your thoughts on the service provided by our physical activity coach. It is great to hear that you enjoyed the exercise sessions with Joe and that you found him friendly and positive. Please continue to keep active and I will make sure to let Joe know about your great feedback.

Kind Regards
