"Made a huge difference for me"

About: Adult Health & Support Services / Occupational Therapy

(as the patient),

I’m really not good with words

My doctor referred me to speak to occ health to see if they could help me with the way I was thinking and feeling about myself

I just wanted to go to bed and go to sleep.

Everything is getting on top of me.

Siobhan was absolutely amazing every session I had with occupational health.

Siobhan listen to me, didn’t judge me in anyway and always helped me with advice or websites to check out.

I felt with Siobhan I could tell her anything and didn’t feel embarrassed.

Everything was great and I really liked the service.

Made a huge difference for me x

Dear Sandra

Many thanks for taking the time to share your experience of working alongside one of our occupational therapists in primary care, Siobhan.

I am delighted to hear how Siobhan approached your care with compassion and made you feel heard. It is great to hear that the support and advice has made such a difference to how you are feeling.

I will make sure to pass this feedback on to Siobhan and the wider team, it is always gratefully received.

Wishing you well for the future,

Sam
