"Straight off the bat I felt at ease"

About: Gynaecology / Gynaecology Outpatients

(as the patient),

I recently had my colposcopy appointment with Kerrie & Yvonne. Straight off the bat I felt at ease. It’s not the most comfortable thing to experience but they talked to me throughout and checked in to make sure I was doing ok. I left feeling reassured and felt my worry was over nothing. 10/10.
