It wasn’t easy but with the help of Taylor at the stop smoking sensation team at Falkirk I managed my 12 weeks quit easier than if I was doing it alone she contacted me every week and to see how I was doing and gave me the encouragement to keep off the demon cigarettes made sure I had enough inhalators and was there 24/7 if needed I can’t thank her enough . If you want to stop I would highly recommend getting in touch with stop smoking sensation team they are so friendly and helpful amazing team thanks again .
