"Cataract Surgery (second eye)"

After my first successful cataract surgery 7/8 years ago, this surgery was perhaps less daunting than it is for many newcomers. Nevertheless any upcoming surgery raises some concerns in me, and Dr Blaikie and the staff were super-efficient in calming my nerves during the relatively short wait prior to surgery. The operation itself was almost painless, the post-operative period  without incident, and the results have been fantastic - not only enhanced vision, but a much stronger sense and appreciation of colours.
