"The staff looking after me were exemplary"

About: Western General Hospital / Intensive Care

(as the patient),

Hi became very unwell with a urine infection and had to be admitted to hospital.

The staff looking after me were exemplary, especially Ross, Caitlin and Ashleigh, nothing was too much trouble. They feel great compassion with me when I needed assistance and are an asset to the NHS..

The banter was 10/0 and they truly cared to my needs. I wish all NHS staff were like those 3
