(as the patient),

Just been for my second  dose of shingles vaccine at Lynebank Immunisation Clinic.  Both times, staff were very professional  and friendly.  The clinic was run efficiently  and  I was taken within 5 mins of arrival.  Staff were cheery and atmosphere  relaxed.  Excellent  service . Sorry can't remember  who gave me my first vaccine  but Kirsteen  was lovely .  You all do an amazing  job.
