About: Sidwell Street Clinic / Exeter Sexual Health

(as the patient),

Went in for a contraceptive injection following some slightly traumatic failed IUD insertions. Absolutely lovely experience, doc/nurse/whatever the scientific term is was brilliant, so friendly, made the whole experience feel very safe and properly cheered me up after a long day. 10/10, would get stabbed in the bum again!

I answer phone calls from patients, book their appointments, find answers to their questions through liaising with clinicians, welcome patients and help where necessary. Plus admin duties.
