"Staff kindness"

I would like to say a huge thank you to the two pharmacists who spoke to me recently at Grantham hospital.

The support and understanding from the first pharmacist over a phone contact first thing just after 9am was very supportive. 

The second pharmacist, who I met at the hospital, went above and beyond in her care, understanding and kindness when I was very distressed. 

Unfortunately I didn’t get their names as I was so upset. 

Thank you to you both, you made a very difficult time easier to bear.
