"Great GP service"

I’ve seen Dr Sarfraz at Dyneley House now twice now for separate issues, and both times I’ve been so impressed by the care she provided. She’s kind, patient, and really listen. She explained everything clearly and made sure I felt included in decisions about my care. At my second appointment, she thoughtfully referenced my previous visit and made sure the earlier issue was still being taken into account, which really showed how thorough and considerate she is.

From these two experiences, I can tell this wasn’t a one-off - Dr Sarfraz seems genuinely excellent at her job: knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly focused on patient care. She represents the medical field so excellently. Thank you so much for your hard work, it does not go unnoticed.
