Belfast Trust - Community District Nursing Team.

I wish to express our family gratitude to All of the wonderful District Nursing Team who helped care for my mother at Home During the past year. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They showed utmost care and tenderness to my mother. Especially in June during her last night of life -I was alone with mum, I needed the Team, and Three absolute Angels came out - they attended to her medical needs then her comfort -they Bathed, changed and repositioned her with such care over two hours. I did not realise mum was so close to the end, but It brings me such peace to know your Team did everything possible for mum - which made me feel supported too. THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH -
