(as the patient),

I had to go and have a CT chest with colour contrast - which I was not worried about, but I also had to have a CT Virtual Colonoscopy - which I was more embarrassed about having.

Adam greeted me with true professionalism.  When I went into the CT room he explained everything clearly to me, and alleviated my fears of the Colonoscopy - as being a woman in her 60s and having a male doctor was embarrassing to me. Raphael was as professional - and very kind when inserting the tube. 

I have had 3 children but am a very private person where my body is concerned,  and they both acknowledged this.

I felt unwell after the Chest CT but they both very understanding and calming, and waited until I felt well enough to carry on.
