I want to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding care I received from Patsy, a physiotherapist with the Pulmonary Rehabilitation team who I initially saw as an outpatient at Crosshouse Hospital and have received ongoing care for the past 5 months

From the moment I met Patsy,  I found her to be kind, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to listen, explain things clearly, and tailor the sessions to my individual needs. Her calm, reassuring manner and genuine warmth coupled with the way she involved me in the decision making process made each appointment and contact a really positive experience.  She made me feel that I mattered and that she truly wanted to help me.

Patsy is a credit to her profession and to NHS Ayrshire & Arran. Her support made a real difference to my confidence in managing my chronic respiratory condition;  I’m truly grateful to have been under her care.
