Neil is a great steadying, calm, competent person. You feel to be in the hands of someone who knows what he is doing.

Phina and Steph make your dept shine. What a lovely pair of total professionals. When you first meet Phina you can not help but notice her experience and feel she knows exactly what to do. 

When you see them more often you are struck with how warm and caring they are. 

I have seen them both in another hospital and was touched that they both seemed to recognise me. This made me feel special and touched by their kindness. They make you feel that you are in very safe hands and that nothing is too much trouble. I could not give more praise to them and I am grateful to be under their care.
