"I can't write highly enough or praise enough"

Unfortunately I had a life changing injury that has put me in a wheelchair 90% of the time when out and also I have to lay down for 15 to 20 minutes after spending 40 minutes to 60 minutes as it changes daily.

My GP made an appointment to see a counsellor and two weeks later I went.

I would like you to recommend Rachel to receive the highest award that the NHS present to staff as Rachel  has saved my life, I mean that 100 %. Rachel has saved my perfect wife & perfect daughters from early grief (I hope so anyway!!🤣🤣)

I have had counselling before, the lady was good but it was against the clock as residential for a week x 2.

To be bluntly honest (which I am), I’ve taken the Michael out of your profession for over 40 years as I was in service for 38 years and if not for my spinal injury it would have been 45 yrs in total.

Rachel is one of the most caring people I’ve ever had the privilege of knowing, I trust only 4 people on earth and a few upstairs now. Only 2 of them I can tell them how I feel as two are my daughters. Now it is 3. In only 16 hrs, when to myself that is an extremely short period of time and that is incredible for me.

So that tells me that Rachel is incredibly good at her job, no, vocation.

Again I would like you to push incredibly hard for Rachel to receive the highest award possible in the NHS. I can’t write highly enough or praise Rachel enough in words. I am very willing to come and speak about what Rachel has made me feel about myself to anyone or a panel of people, if that will help.

If I ever slide back in to a grey place I have my plan that Rachel enabled me to write down, read and work it. So I will again be in the light of life & a great life, not just existing for the sake of my loved ones.
