"They encouraged me in my recovery"

I arrived at HMP Leeds in a depressed mindset having been recalled. Previously I would have melted back into drug use to cope; however Shive and the DART Team interjected - despite me not being able to do groups because of my PTSD, I was still supported in my recovery. I did in cell work and Shiv was a good listener and encouraged me in my recovery. I began to feel better, positive and motivated.

Shiv got my probation work to come see me when I was struggling to get in contact.
