"Welcomed without judgement and with open arms"

About: Inclusion Recovery Hampshire / Havant

(as a service user),

My story,

I was laying in a hospital bed for the second time in one week after another drug and booze overdose, a drug and alcohol nurse spoke with me and asked if I needed help and boy did I!!

With in one week of being out of hospital I had a telephone interview with one of the care workers from Inclusion and with in one week of that I was started on a program, I started going to ACT and that was scary, but I was welcomed without judgement and with open arms.

While being with Inclusion I have been able to overcome lots of issues in my life at the time, I have learned that it is OK to feel comfortable being uncomfortable.

I have now been drug and alcohol free for 56 weeks now, I know that I would not have been able to get this far without me wanting and getting help. Inclusion has helped me to learn how to use the tools to keep me sober.

If you are reading this and you are ready for help then get in touch its a great program and it may help you! As it has helped me.
