"Overall it was a very successful appointment"

About: Mid-Ulster Hospital / Children's Eye Unit

(as the patient),

Eye Appointment at Paediatric Ophthalmology Department, Mid Ulster Hospital

I went to the Paediatric Ophthalmology Department to investigate a slight droopiness in one of my eyes. I met multiple doctors that day on my appointment and they were all very helpful and friendly, trying to make the appointment as smooth as possible. I went away feeling a lot more reassured and calm about my eye as there was nothing serious - one of the doctors even sent a letter of treatments for the blepharitis I have in both eyes. Overall it was a very successful appointment and I feel much better now knowing there are ways to treat my blepharitis and that there is nothing serious to worry about.

Dear @jazzwp66,

Thank you for taking the time to submit this lovely feedback. I am glad your appointment was successful and you left feeling reassured.

I will feed this back to the whole team in Mid Ulster clinic as they do work very hard to try and make all our patients experience a good one.

I do hope the treatments help to improve things for you.

Many thanks,

Ms K Shirley
