"So dedicated to the profession"

About: University Hospital Monklands / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

I was admitted in a very poor condition to Monklands University Hosital in the early hours early July. In severe pain I has to be rested to resus because I had lost consciousness in the waiting area. Immediately Debbie came to me and said she would be looking after me personally and that she did. She was attentive, caring considerate, always check on me every few mins to see how I was feeling whilst the doctor worked on me. She continued to do that with complete dedication until she shift finished.

Yvonne was also incredible. She was picking up on things on my current medical history that every the surgeons and consultants didn’t pick up on. My daily amidst medication  that I had missed for days, she could tell how anxious I was and immediately said that I need then. She was also very caring and attentive to my pain and wellbeing.

These two staff nurses need to be lifted up and celebrate for their hard work so dedicated to the profession. I’m soo utterly thankful I ended up in their department at the same time
