Started out great but I tried calling over three times to set up an appointment and was put on hold and told to leave a voicemail. Never got a call back and got a message saying if i did not call in 48hours I would be discharged from service. I called back and it was the same cycle.

Morning aragg64,
I'm so sorry to hear this, this really isn't the standard of care we want to provide to our patients. Clearly we've got something wrong here, you should not have needed to chase us to make an appointment. I apologise for the message you received after having tried to get in touch with us too.
I can't see any of your details from this feedback as it's anonymous, but please can you give us a ring on 03000 215108 and ask for Faye to give you a ring? If you provide your name and date of birth admin will send me a message and I will call you ASAP. I will keep an eye out.
