"It's like I'm invisible"

About: Doncaster CAMHS

(as the patient),

Lately, I’ve been feeling really unmotivated, like nothing I do really matters. It’s hard to find the energy to even get out of bed some days, and I keep asking myself what the point of anything is. I feel like the people around me don’t truly care or even notice when I’m struggling, which just makes the loneliness worse. It’s like I’m invisible, stuck in my own head with these heavy thoughts. I think I might be depressed, but I don’t really know how to talk about it or who would even listen if I tried.
