Mid June around midday I arrived at AAH Day Surgery Unit, there I met Vivien during my stay in the day surgery unit. I found Vivien to be kind, supportive and very helpful. All the staff I met that day from reception at main entrance, X-ray reception, all the theatre staff and day surgery unit. Staff were all very professional and good at their jobs. The tea and toast was most welcome.
The consultant Envice has done a brilliant job (pit I fell asleep and did not get to meet her).
Late June I had cause to phone AAH Day surgery unit I spoke to Niki who I found most helpful. I also spoke to Keria at EMSU Ward who was most reassuring. I found them all to be a superb group of people.
