"Great comfort at a difficult time"

About: Lightburn Hospital / Palliative Care

(as a relative),

My Dad has been in “Lightburn” hospital for a month now, he has great care from all the staff, you can recognise that they all work as a strong team.

From giving their time when possible to sit and talk to patients to daily nursing care. This gives great comfort to Dad and family at this difficult time.

Dear Joane75

Thank you so much for sharing your kind words about your father's care at Lightburn Hospital. We are truly heartened to hear that both he and your family have felt supported and comforted during this time.

Our staff are dedicated to providing not only high-quality clinical care but also emotional support, and it's wonderful to know that this has made a positive difference for your dad and for you as a family. The recognition of our team’s compassion and teamwork means a great deal, and we will ensure your feedback is shared with everyone involved in his care.

Please know that we remain committed to continuing this standard of care throughout your father’s stay. Your message is a lovely reminder of the importance of the human touch in healthcare, and we are very grateful for your appreciation.

With best wishes to your dad for his continued comfort and recovery.

Kind regards

Kevin
