About: Inclusion Thurrock (Talking Therapies)

(as a service user),

After several weeks of having a telephone consultation with Emily, I feel that I have made some progress. She has helped me in gaining confidence with every day tasks and recognise my strengths. She has also helped with my confidence in going out an mixing with people. I also feel she was very helpful in the way she listened to me and made me feel better in myself.
