Laura and her colleague Beth were very professional and personable and put me at ease whilst explaining the process for the coil fit and smear. Laura was as quick as possible which I was grateful for.

I don't feel the appointment could have gone any better and I am thankful I had experienced health care professionals. Prior appointments over the years took much longer and caused more pain. Thank you.

I answer phone calls from patients, book their appointments, find answers to their questions through liaising with clinicians, welcome patients and help where necessary. Plus admin duties.
