"Nasty fall onto a concrete surface"

About: Urgent Community Response / Urgent Community Response (South)

(as the patient),

UCR response time was within a half an hour which was good as I was in a lot of pain and breathing was difficult. Ailbha the nurse introduced herself and her manner put at ease immediately. She was both empathetic and professional in her approach and thorough examination of the injured parts.

Ailbha was in every way both proficient in her expertise as a trained nurse as well as supportive in terms of practical help and advice.
