"Integrated neurology service"

About: Countywide Community Care Service Delivery Unit / Integrated Neurology Service

(as a relative),

About 3 years ago my husband had a stroke. His mobility has been getting worse since. Hardly getting out of the chair, walk with walkers and mobility scooter.  Although he was doing some exercise I never thought it was enough. We recently went to Pershore hospital and met Harriet. She did a thorough examination and has given him a number of exercises to do. She will see him again in 2 weeks. I was extremely pleased with this outcome. Let's hope there is some improvement then.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us.

It's great to hear that you were pleased with the assessment and exercises provided by Harriet. We do hope this leads to improvements in your husband's condition.
