"Care and attention was good"

About: NHS Grampian / GDENS (Grampian Emergency Dental Service)

(as the patient),

Dental abcess on a Saturday. With a dental care phobia. From initial phonecall to arranging an emergency appointment, care and attention was good. Actual appointment I only accepted the antibiotic prescription as I was too far from home to feel safe to have procedure and drive home. I asked the Dentist Becky if I could register there but unfortunately only an emergency service.

Hello severityjj67

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience following your visit to Gdens. It’s lovely to hear that the care and attention you received from Becky made a positive impact which I’m sure helped to ease your dental phobia.

I hope by now your antibiotics have started to take effect and you're feeling some relief from the abscess.
