"Not enough staff and limited appointment time"

Brampton Medical Practice, its front line staff, Doctors & Nurses care has been exceptional over the many years I have been with the practice.

I am now worried & concerned that BMP has now appeared to have negatively changed over time. I feel uncomfortable in having to say this as it does also impact my mental health. 

The frontline staff seem to be overwhelmed, as it appears they are understaffed, also it appears the lack of doctors & limited appointment time makes their job even more difficult.

My recent appointment, there was a lot of people waiting, a lack of seats & doctors & only one member of staff on reception. I felt sorry for them.

My exceptional care now seems to be minimal at Brampton & also the Corby Hill Practice. I feel very uncomfortable saying this!
