I had a cardiac arrest late January 2025 with an ICD implanted early February 2025. I received an invitation to join Cardio rehab classes in June 2025 from NHS Fife CommunityCardiac Service.
These classes have helped my confidence enormously, by helping me understand and find a level of exercise I can tolerate and continue to do, to ensure my future health. The staff involved were friendly and knowledgeable, and interacted with their clients in a thoroughly professional manner.
