My son recently had surgery and was looked after brilliantly by the team at the Victoria Hospital Paediatrics Department.
From the anaesthetist through to the surgeon, my son was listened to and made to feel very secure.
The nursing staff were superb - a particular shout out to Ellie, Sharon and Niamh as well as play-worker, Gill.
The team made it a very positive and pleasant experience for both us as parents and my son.
