My son was admitted to Hereford county hospital early July 2025 following a nasty ear infection. First of all Lilly, the ENT doctor was incredible & she was accompanied by Alexia. They made my son feel so safe and continued to prioritise his health and well being continuously.
We were in A&E and my son was petrified of having a cannula in. I would like to share that A&E doctors were incredible but two in particular made my son feel completely at ease and made him laugh the whole time! Dr Sabir & Jack, a paramedic who was on placement. They were incredible and i’d like to thank them massively for making everyone laugh but also for helping my son get the care he needed.
A hospital is a scary place for a child but they both went above and beyond for him. He has mentioned them every day since we left. Thank you so very much NHS. Thank you A&E staff and a huge thank you to Lilly, Alexia, Doctor Sabir & Jack.
