Due to being unable to tolerate Local Anesthetic I had this procedure under General Anesthetic.
From the admin and pre op staff through to the ward staff the professionalism was brilliant. My anaesthetist and theatre staff were friendly, very informative and helped make the whole process of knocking me out calm and as easy as possible.
My nurse on the ward after was a real star.
My whole experience was amazing and when I have to have my second hand done I hope I get the same team
