I recently ended up in Milton Keynes urgent care. I was seen very quickly and the nurse who was working at reception and did my ECG was absolutely phenomenal, she was so friendly and made me feel incredibly comfortable, we had a good laugh despite the unfortunate circumstances.
The doctor I saw after was equally as lovely and both of them treated me with serious kindness and respect making the situation more enjoyable than urgent care usually is.
It was also very quick, I left my house at 12:30 and was back home by 2. Very impressed with the efficiency and care of the staff.
Urgent care isn't usually a good place to be but I truly felt comfortable and safe and left happy once being told I was all okay. Advice given was helpful and everyone who treated deserves acknowledgment of how wonderful they were.
