"Extremely impressed with the care received"

Attended outpatients clinic with my father recently it was his second attendance at the hospital but my first accompanying him.

I myself have worked within the NHS for many years. Both myself and my father were extremely impressed with the care he received which went above and beyond in regards the treatment received by the consultant, Mr Brown, who showed a professional caring response and explained in detail the way forward in my father's care plan.

I was also impressed with the staff and volunteers who were friendly helpful and kind. The hospital was of a high standard in cleanliness and also noted to be well maintained. 

Thank you for such a positive experience and for the exemplary care provided. The NHS attitude best.
