"Friendliness, empathy and care"

About: Pilgrim Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as a service user),

I have ruptured my Achilles tendon while playing football, I have felt absolutely devastated, I thought that I will not be able to walk properly and do any activities again.

What was good:

The staff I was showed professionalism, friendliness, empathy and care.

What could be improved:

Better communication.

Thank you for your feedback as it’s always nice to hear the positive experiences from our patients and I will certainly pass this message onto the team.
