Attended outpatient Gynaecology appmt at Crosshouse Hospital. I was very nervous about the procedure and Dr Smith and her team couldn’t have been more pleasant! Reassuring, everything fully explained. Thank you so much for your care and attention

I am delighted to hear that you found the appointment reassuring and were fully informed of your care and planning for treatment. Gynaecology procedures are quite scary for women and not openly acknowledged as such. I am pleased that Dr Smith and the team acknowledged this and adapted their care to support you.
