"Very caring, understanding and highly professional"

I recently underwent a prostate procedure at the Queen Margaret hospital Dunfermline. I found the staff to be very caring, understanding and highly professional.  I was nervous to begin with but the staff involved soon put me at ease. Prior to and after the procedure, David went to great lengths to explain the before and after care. One week later I had my catheter removed and although this did not go as planned it in no way reflected on the excellent care I received from all concerned.
