"Great service and lovely staff"

About: Lanarkshire Community Services / Audiology

(as a relative),

Audiology drop off service. Hearing aids serviced for my dad without him having to attend in person, he’s 94yrs of age and registered blind. Dropped them off in the morning and collected them in the afternoon. Tubes changed, cleaned and new batteries. Great service and lovely staff. Thank you.

Dear phasehs58,

Thank you so much for your kind comments about our drop-off service. We're so pleased to hear that your father's hearing aids were taken care of promptly and that the process was smooth and convenient for you both.

We always aim to make things as easy as possible, and we're delighted that you found the team helpful and supportive. I’ll be sure to share your feedback with the staff—it will mean a lot to them.

Wishing you and your father all the very best, and please don’t hesitate to get in touch if we can help again in the future.

Kind Regards

Joanne
