"Toddler Visit"

About: Perth Royal Infirmary / Accident & Emergency

(as a parent/guardian),

My 2 year old daughter was seen by the PRI A&E team after a fall at nursery and broken arm. She was understandably very upset (as was I) but the care that we received was fantastic. Donna in particular went out of her way to try and make my daughter feel more at ease, making a horrible situation that much more bearable. She is a real credit to the department. Thank you.

Dear Zuluth64

Thank you so much for your positive feedback following your daughter's recent attendance at the Emergency Department in PRI. I am delighted to hear that despite what must have been a very anxious time for you all, the team were able to make you and most importantly your daughter feel at ease.

I will ensure that your feedback is passed on to the team, Donna in particular.

I hope that your daughter is making a good recovery

Kindest regards

Dr Kirsty Tonge- EM Consultant and Co-Clinical Lead
