"Getting blooods done"

(as the patient),

I’ve had my bloods done many times when i got them took this time all went well they used lots of clod spray as asked they were really kind and i told them i wouldn’t want them to wiggle it if they missed the vein as this has happened lots of times and has put me off coming to do them when normally it wouldn’t be a hassle their names were kristen, elanor and jane they were lovely.
