"Finding a lump in my breast"

From my initial GP appointment, the hospital rang me within 2 hours with an appointment in 2 weeks time. Although it was an anxious time waiting , the time went fairly quick. 

At the hospital, I saw the consultant, had a mammogram and an ultrasound scan where it was found to be a cyst which they drained for me there and then. I spoke again to the consultant who explained about cysts. All that happened in just over an hour in one department with care and efficiency. 

I can’t thank them enough for helping me through a scary time with thankfully a good outcome
