"Unnecessary staff attitude"

About: Highbury Hospital / Silver Birch Ward

(as the patient),

This morning a nurse came into my room saying there was a strong smell of urine and started talking about does my pad need changing and treating me like a child that had no ability of self care. Little did they know l had already complained to the cleaner about the smell and the cleaner was lining up a deep clean. I cannot miss the pot for urine, l wear a catheter. I found the staff attitude was so demoralising and unnecessary.
