I was in hospital for around a month following a stroke. I then came home and had a second stroke and was in hospital overnight. Sarah visited me at home, gave me exercises to complete and progressed these on each visit.
I am delighted with the service I have received and am only sad that it has to be discontinued but I have the contact number if I should ever really need it. Thank you.
