I want to give a special mention to Bego, Healthcare assistant at ACU Altnagelvin. From arrival she was particularly helpful and kind. I don't like getting bloods taken however she was very comforting and went the extra mile to ease my worries. Similar care was taken when carrying out the ECG.
All of the staff at ACU have been fantastic and their care was very much appreciated.
