(as a service user),

I attended my son’s 1 year review which was with Terry.

Terry made me feel comfortable enough to talk about my mental health which I have been struggling with. I hadn’t felt comfortable enough to speak to anyone about this but she made me feel like she wanted to listen and that she cared.

I really valued that she wanted to listen and because of this I have started to get some support.

Hi there flutejf66, I am Amber one of the Team Leaders within the 0-1-9 (25 SEND) service. Thank you so so much for providing this feedback regarding your support from Terry, this makes me so happy for you that you have been able to confide in Terry and as a result get some support. I am sorry you have not felt able to speak to anyone about this previously but I understand how difficult this is, hopefully you are receiving the appropriate support now. Listening to our families is really so important, I will share this amazing feedback with Terry, I am sure she will be very proud of herself but also happy for you, as am I!
