From our experience with staff at this practice, we encountered consistent rudeness and a lack of responsiveness toward both patients and families. Due to the ongoing issues, we made the decision to transfer to another local surgery, where we are now receiving significantly better care.
It’s also concerning that Essex Way Surgery has removed all reviews from their official NHS profile and disabled the option to leave feedback on their own official website, suggesting an unwillingness to accept criticism or engage with patient concerns, which is what I had.
Based on our experience, I would not recommend this surgery to others.
